We welcome our international guests to World Dairy Expo. In addition to the Dairy Cattle Show and Trade Show, we invite you to several international-only functions at Expo. We offer a special International Registration area located in the East Lobby of the Coliseum. Please make sure to stop at this station first so that we can provide you with a goodie bag full of useful resources for your visit including a special badge which allows you to experience the International Lounge and International Reception venues. World Dairy Expo is truly excited to host you in Madison.
Register in the Coliseum’s East Lobby for a 2013 World Dairy Expo pin and country ribbon which admits you to the reception and the International Lounge. Attendees also recieve a free tote bag. A passport or Canadian drivers license must be shown. Staff and interpreters are available to answer questions. The International Registration desk is open Tuesday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.

2013 VISA Letters
To assist you with your travel documentation, World Dairy Expo will gladly write a letter of official invitation. This letter is needed to obtain your VISA to travel to the U.S. If you need a letter of official invitation, please email us or call 1-608-224-6455. Letters are typically emailed. If you need a hard copy of your letter, please let us know. Letters will not be written after September 1, 2013.
World Dairy Expo offers special services to our international visitors.
Interpreters: Free interpreters are available to assist with directions, show information, tour
registration or business transactions in the International Lounge. Go to the International Registration in the Coliseum’s East Lobby.
Email: There will be two computers located in the International Lounge for checking email.
Money: Four ATM machines are located on the grounds of World Dairy Expo. One in the Exhibition Hall and one in the West Lobby of the Coliseum. There are two additional ATMs located out on the grounds, one in the foodcourt and the other by Barn 6.
International Lounge: International exhibits, refreshments, a comfortable environment and the International Business Center are located in this area. This lounge and commercial exhibit area are on the Coliseum’s top floor. Only visitors with an international pin and ribbon may enter this area.
The International Visitor: This free magazine is available at the International Registration Desk. International Visitor includes the International Lounge exhibitors, along with their product line, contact person, address, phone and fax, for future reference.
Area Information: Information on what to do in the Madison area is available at the information booths. One booth is located in the Coliseum’s West Lobby and the other is near the central entrance in the Exhibition Hall. There is also a special website with information about Madison during World Dairy Expo, visitmadison.com/WDE13.
